Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Holivisor ("we", "us") handles when you visit holivisor.com and how we use it. Holivisor is an independent project based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you email us, for example to become an early tester, we keep your email address and what you write so we can reply. We use it only for that purpose.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Searches (when the planner launches). The trip details you enter, such as your airport, dates and number of travellers, are used to show results. We don't ask for your name or passport number to search.
Cookies and affiliate partners
Holivisor itself doesn't set advertising cookies. We work with affiliate partners, including the Travelpayouts network and the travel brands in it. We may use their tools on this site to create and track partner links. When you click a partner link, the partner may set cookies or use similar technology to record that you came from Holivisor, so that any booking can be credited to us. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.
Analytics
We don't use analytics on this page yet. Before we add a privacy-friendly analytics tool to measure how the planner is used, we'll update this policy.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the site (such as hosting and email) and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to answer you or run the early-tester programme, and delete them when you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email holivisor.app@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the EU GDPR may give you further rights.
Children
Holivisor is meant for adults planning trips. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We'll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
